Dave....I enjoyed the entire week and obtained the intermediate cruising certificate. I am a lifelong sailor, but this certification has opened new doors in the world of bareboat chartering.
More important is that it has given me greater confidence to go cruising with friends and loved ones. For instance, as much as I talked about doing various drills over the years, I had never performed a MOB (man overboard) drill before the course.
I enjoyed your hands-off approach to the course, and every aspect of it, from working with paper charts and compasses to the use of your state of the art GPS/PC navigation system. Thank you.
